Exclusive Package
Our Exclusive Package is designed to remove all the stress which comes with decorating your wedding venue and provides a clear and spectacular vision of how each space will look. Drawing from our extensive experience, we will share our knowledge and recommend items that compliment the building and create synergy with your chosen colour scheme. As with all our packages, everything will be set up and styled by us and we’ll also be on hand until the wedding breakfast has finished to help create each part of your day.

Exclusive Wedding Package
from £2750
Complete access to as much of our stock as you need to create the most beautiful day, we will not take on another booking on your date!
Every aspect of your day perfectly styled by us, you only need to show up and enjoy!
As much time as you need to decide what you’d like, as rule we ask for final colours/themes by 3 months before however as we’re fully focused on you for your date we can be flexible!
A telephone/zoom consultation once your date is secured, where we will run through every aspect of your day from ceremony to wedding breakfast.
A full personalised wedding plan once we’ve had the call/zoom with you.
During the winter months, we will arrange (if required) a venue visit so we can meet and run through your big day in person.
On the day styling & turnaround support, from the ceremony set up until the wedding breakfast is completed. Ensuring each section of your day is set up as you want it, and us on hand to help guide the venue with the décor.
The Exclusive Package also allows for outdoor weddings (subject to usual weather restrictions imposed by the venue), as we will be on hand to move items indoors once the ceremony has finished.
And finally, it goes without saying, but our continuous support throughout your wedding journey. We’re here as much or as little as you need us, and we’ll always confirm when you’ll hear from us so you know exactly what to expect.

Send us an email confirming your interest in our ‘Exclusive Package’, your venue and wedding date hello@rentforyourevent.co.uk including any themes, styling or colour ideas you already have!
We’ll contact you to confirm we have the date available and ask some initial questions about your vision for how you would like your wedding to look, and give a rough first quote.
If you’re happy to go ahead with the quote, we’ll provide a personalised invoice for a 25% of the total which fully secures your date. You’ll be given the choice of payment plans, spreading out the remaining balance between 2-4 additional payments between now and your wedding.
We’ll arrange your consultation call/zoom to run through the day and provide you with a final quote. During the winter months we’ll also arrange a venue visit with you (if required) to meet and run through your big day in person.
Things to note..
This package is for up to 150 guests.
The package will include two return’s to move as standard, meaning we’ll set up in the morning, return after the ceremony and then again once the wedding breakfast is completed.
This package starts from £2,750. A bespoke quote will be made for each individual wedding to ensure you have exactly what you want for your special day.
