The Epic Wedding Package promises a day to remember, with everything you could possibly need to transform your venue into the space of your dreams. You have been planning this day for such a long time and here, we want to help you get it right.
This package offers everything you could need from backdrops and neon signs all the way to table & chair fabrics and faux flower arrangements.
As with all our packages, everything will be set up and styled by us, and with our Epic Package we’ll be on hand until the ceremony has finished to help with the turnaround (ensuring your wedding breakfast room also looks amazing!)

The Epic Wedding Package

The Epic Wedding Package promises a day to remember, with everything you could possibly need to transform your venue into the space of your dreams. You have been planning this day for such a long time and here, we want to help you get it right.
This package offers everything you could need from backdrops and neon signs all the way to table runner flower arrangements.
Our Epic Package includes:
Two arches, backdrops, flower walls or moongates of your choice
Up to 10 silk floral/foliage centrepieces. Choose from our low-level ranges (straight on the table) or our high-rise ranges (above eye level) which will be supplied with your choice of high rise stand from our large selection of options!
A faux floral/foliage table arrangement to use on ceremony table or top table at it’s maximum length (most are 3m long, in 1m pieces)
Choice of a Neon Sign or our 4ft White LOVE letters
A choice of three of our Decor Extras including; 50 chair drapes, 50 charger plates, Chiffon Top / Ceremony Table Skirt, 4 Floral Floor Displays, table numbers for up to 12 tables plus top table, pair of White Plinths, 21 Candlesticks & candles, 10 chiffon table runners, Sweet Cart, Post Box or a pair of Ficus Trees. Additional items can be added to the package for a small fee per item.
The package also includes us returning after your ceremony (if required) to move large items to a second location e.g your arch/backdrop to behind your top table or to an area for photos. Note this does not include redressing chairs in a second location.
This package costs £1750  which includes delivery (within 35 miles of Derby) & set up the morning of your wedding and us returning to move/set up items after the ceremony as required.Â

Up to 10 floral centrepieces, choice of any of our high-rise or low-level floral domes. For high-rise domes this will also include your choice of high rise stand, we have a range of colours and styles.

Plinths
2 solid wood white plinths, 80cm tall or 2 black metal plinths, 90cm tall. Perfect for the top/bottom of the aisle, or either side of the top table.

50 Charger Plates from our range
Post Box
Choice of our Royal Mail Cream or Red style, or large White Post Boxes to safely store your cards & money gifts.
Candlesticks
21 Candle holders or glass cylinder vases, including tall taper candlesticks, pillar or floating candle. Various colours/styles available.
Table Runners
10 fabric table runners for your guest tables/top table. Large range of colours available.

Floral Floor Displays
4 beautiful floor standing faux floral/foliage pieces which can be used down the aisle/around the ceremony table.

Choice of chiffon table skirt (in white, sage or dusky pink) for your top/sweetheart OR ceremony table, OR petal table skirt for your cake table.
Sweet Cart
Our large sweet cart, 6 jars and tongs.
Things to note..
The package will include a return to move as standard, meaning we’ll set up in the morning and then return after the ceremony has finished to move / set up any items required. E.g move the arch from the ceremony area to behind the top table.
The return to move is after the ceremony only.
We will move / set up any larger items after the ceremony as required, however this does not include re-dressing chair drapes due to the amount of time it takes to install them. Should you wish to have chair drapes on both ceremony & wedding breakfast chairs (and your venue uses different chairs for each aspect) you need to consider which chairs to have dressed (or opt to add more on to cover both sets!) We’re happy for the venue to move any chairs that are dressed to other areas of the venue if needs be.
This package allows for outdoor hire for the ceremony (weather permitting), and any items placed outside will be moved indoors after the ceremony during the ‘return to move’
Any large items (Arches / Flower Walls etc) must not be moved by the venue once set up.
